These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://kovcheg-post.com/, Kovcheg Post dashboards, APIs, Telegram bot workflows, integrations, documentation and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service provider

2. Service description
Kovcheg Post provides software for connecting authorized social media assets, receiving media and captions, creating publishing queues, scheduling posts, transmitting content to selected platforms, returning delivery status, processing supported comments and messages, and integrating with external automation tools through APIs and webhooks.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, client, agency or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization and manage the connected accounts.
4. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for keeping account credentials, API keys, workspace access and connected platform permissions secure. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access, rotate credentials or disconnect accounts when needed to protect users, platforms or the Service.
5. Connected social accounts
You may connect only accounts, Pages, profiles, channels and assets that you own or are authorized to manage. You must not connect accounts by collecting passwords, impersonating users, bypassing OAuth, using unofficial sessions or violating platform rules.
6. User content
You retain ownership of content you upload or submit. You grant Kovcheg Post a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, format, queue, transmit, display and store your content only as needed to operate the Service, provide support, maintain logs and comply with law.
7. Responsibility for content
You are solely responsible for content submitted through the Service, including media, captions, claims, promotions, links, hashtags, targeting decisions and destination accounts. You must ensure that content is lawful, accurate, non-infringing and compliant with the rules of each connected platform.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for spam, fraud, phishing, scams, harassment, impersonation or illegal activity.
- Do not publish content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
- Do not upload malware, harmful code, stolen data, illegal content or prohibited goods and services.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, tokens, logs, data or workspaces that do not belong to you.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, resell or abuse the API beyond permitted use.
- Do not use Kovcheg Post to evade restrictions imposed by Instagram, Facebook, Threads or other platforms.
9. Third-party platforms
The Service depends on third-party platforms, including Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Telegram and automation providers. Those platforms control their own APIs, permissions, review processes, rate limits, moderation, account restrictions, content delivery and availability. Kovcheg Post is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, outages, API changes, permission denials, account actions or content removals.
10. No affiliation with Meta
Kovcheg Post is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, Threads or any other social platform. Platform names and trademarks are used only to identify integrations.
11. API access, webhooks and automation
API keys, webhook endpoints and automation features must be used in accordance with documentation, plan limits, security requirements and platform policies. We may limit, suspend or revoke access if usage threatens service stability, creates security risk, violates these Terms or appears abusive.
12. Beta and review-stage features
Some features may be experimental, in closed testing, pending platform review or limited to approved customers. Beta features may change, fail, be delayed, require additional permissions or be removed without liability.
13. Plans, payments and taxes
If paid plans are enabled, fees, billing periods, renewal terms, usage limits and refund rules will be shown at checkout, in an order form or in a separate written agreement. You are responsible for applicable taxes, third-party fees and charges related to connected services.
14. Refunds and cancellations
Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, subscription fees are billed for the selected period and are not automatically refunded for unused time, third-party platform restrictions, rejected content or changes in connected platform APIs. You may cancel future renewals according to the billing settings available in the Service.
15. Intellectual property
Kovcheg Post, the website, interface, documentation, software, workflows, service names, designs and related materials are owned by the operator or licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Kovcheg Post intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or create competing services from our materials except as permitted by law or written agreement.
16. Confidentiality and security
Non-public API keys, tokens, documentation, technical details, test credentials, security procedures and business information must be treated as confidential. You must not share credentials publicly or embed secrets in client-side code.
17. Service availability
We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent compatibility with third-party APIs, specific publishing results or that every post will be accepted by every platform. Maintenance, outages, rate limits, permission expiration and platform incidents may affect availability.
18. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation and error-free results. Users must verify important publications, account settings and compliance obligations independently.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kovcheg Post is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, reputational harm, account restrictions, platform penalties, failed publications, moderation decisions or third-party claims arising from use of the Service.
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Kovcheg Post from claims, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses arising from your content, connected accounts, violation of these Terms, violation of platform rules, unlawful use of the Service or infringement of third-party rights.
21. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay fees, misuse APIs, violate platform rules or use the Service unlawfully. After termination, some data may be retained as required for legal, accounting, security or dispute purposes.
22. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service, laws, business operations or platform requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
23. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are interpreted according to the laws applicable to the service operator, unless mandatory consumer protection or other applicable laws require otherwise. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.
