Last updated: May 5, 2026
This page explains how Kovcheg Post users can disconnect social platform access and request deletion of data associated with their account.
1. Disconnect social platform access
Open Kovcheg Post account settings, choose Connected accounts and remove the relevant Instagram, Facebook or Threads connection. You may also revoke app access directly in your Meta account settings.
2. Request deletion by email
Email info@kovcheg-post.com with the subject “Delete my Kovcheg Post data”. Include the email used in Kovcheg Post, the connected platform involved and whether you want a specific account disconnected or full account deletion.
3. What we delete
- Access tokens and refresh data.
- Connected account, Page, profile and platform asset identifiers.
- Uploaded content, drafts, schedules and publishing queues.
- Webhook events, publication status and supported message/comment data.
- Support records and technical logs where deletion is not restricted by legal, security or fraud-prevention needs.
4. Response time
We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security needs, accounting duties or dispute resolution.
5. Full deletion policy
The longer version of these instructions is also available at User Data Deletion Instructions.
